Spudnik's Standard Veggie box provides an assortment of seasonal as well as staple vegetables, along with greens and herbs to meet the needs of a family of 4 for a week.
A typical weekly box would comprise:
500g each of 6-7 seasonal vegetables,
2-3 bunches of seasonal greens,
1 kg each of potato, tomato and onion,
50-100g each of other staples like lime, chilli, ginger and garlic.
Our seasonal veggies include:
Beans, cowpeas, hyacinth beans, carrot, beetroot, broccoli, okra, capsicum, brinjal, tomato, onion, garlic, potato, cabbage, cauliflower, pumpkin, ash gourd, winged beans, yam, collocasia, radish, sweet potato, unique native tubers, Edible greens/herbs like spinach, amaranthus, lettuce, edible chrysanthemum, thyme, dill, chives, mustard, arugula, pak choy, moringa, mallow, chukka, and many more.
